FULLON Plant Pro makes orchids very healthy, green, and flower a lot.  Water it into roots or spray it on the leaves, 5-10mL/gal.

The best way we have found to get healthy often blooming orchids is a once a week soak at 5-10mL/gal of water in your sink or plastic tub.  Make sure to support flower stems very well as flowers get extremely heavy after soaking.
